Interpret the baseline in context
Survey results and perception gaps support discussion and prioritisation. We explain the scoring approach and the sources used when scoping the assessment. Results are not a regulatory certification or a guarantee of organisational readiness.
Connect the assessment to a learning pathway
Use the findings to decide which audiences need practical experience, focused skills, leadership coaching or changes in the conditions for adoption.
Questions about the programme
Are interviews and evidence review included?
They are optional. The proposal states whether the engagement is survey-led or includes those additional sources.
Can the assessment cover one department?
The scope can focus on leadership, a department or a wider organisation. We agree the groups and how their results can be meaningfully compared.
