What participants work towards
- Build confidence with practical tasks relevant to each function.
- Develop a shared approach to context, checking outputs and responsible use.
- Connect individual skills to team routines and leadership priorities.
Build capability across business functions
A finance team, a customer-facing function and a leadership group will bring different tasks and levels of experience. Start with the work each group wants to improve, then choose the learning it needs. AI Skills Sprints offer a modular route through writing, research, presentations, analysis, workflow design and verification. A programme can focus on one function or create a common foundation across several groups.
Match the learning to your approved AI tools
Choose Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot learning according to the products your organisation permits and the work participants need to practise. We check the proposed features, accounts and permissions with your sponsor before delivery. Copilot learning is scoped to the actual Microsoft product and tenant setup; the same exercises and capabilities are not assumed to be available in every tool.
Connect practical skills with leadership judgement
For leaders deciding how AI should change the business, the agentic AI programme provides experience of directing an agent and examining its limitations. Broader AI fluency learning helps participants connect tools to adoption, people and value. Financial services and government groups can use relevant fictional scenarios, while organisations in other industries can bring their own learning priorities. Any assessment supports learning; it does not replace your organisation's decisions about permitted use.
Plan a programme for your Bahrain team
Share the functions involved, their experience, the tools they can access and the change you want to see in everyday work. We agree the programme sequence, in-person venue and delivery arrangements case by case. Public or synthetic information can make the practice realistic without putting confidential material into learning exercises. Follow-up can be scoped around the habits and activities participants need to continue using.
Questions about the programme
Is in-person AI training available in Bahrain?
Yes. We agree dates, venue, participant numbers and delivery arrangements case by case for the corporate programme.
Can different functions join the same programme?
Yes. We can agree a common foundation and then choose role-relevant activities or separate sessions where the groups have different needs.
Does this page list a fixed public course or price?
This is a corporate training enquiry page. Scope, pricing and practical arrangements are confirmed in your proposal. AI Fluency Coach lists separate public and individual learning options.
