What participants work towards
- Identify which audiences need leadership context, practical skills or both.
- Connect approved AI tools to role-relevant learning and adoption priorities.
- Build a coherent sequence of practice, reflection and follow-up.
Establish the starting point
Begin with the change you want AI to support and the people who will need to make it happen. Different groups may have different levels of confidence, access and understanding. A scoping conversation can identify an initial cohort and its learning goals. Where a wider baseline would help, Lighthouse is an optional capability and readiness assessment to inform priorities; it is a separate scoped service rather than a prerequisite for training.
Sequence learning for leaders and functions
A possible pathway starts with leadership AI fluency or practical agentic experience, then moves into role-relevant work for selected teams. Leaders can explore the implications of agent workflows while functions build skills in research, writing, analysis and verification. The sequence is a planning option, not a fixed package: we choose the programmes, participant groups and follow-up with your sponsor.
Build on the tools your people can use
Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot learning can support different parts of the pathway. We agree which tools, subscriptions and features are available to each group and choose exercises accordingly. Financial services and government teams can practise with relevant public or fictional information; organisations in other industries can choose their own context. Human review and your organisation's data rules remain part of the learning throughout.
Agree delivery and useful follow-up
In-person delivery is available in Qatar, with venues, dates, participant numbers and practical arrangements agreed case by case. Follow-up can focus on how people apply the learning and what support they need to continue. If the immediate need is one focused session for a Doha-based group, the Doha workshop page provides a more direct starting point.
Questions about the programme
Can the programme cover more than one department?
Yes. We can agree a shared foundation and different learning activities for each group. Scope, sequencing and practical delivery are confirmed case by case.
Is a readiness assessment required?
No. Lighthouse is an optional service where a baseline would help prioritise learning. You can start with a specific training need and a scoping conversation instead.
Does the Qatar pathway include all five programme areas?
Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, agentic AI and AI fluency are available. We select the combination that serves your audiences and confirm the included activities in the proposal.
