What participants work towards
- Use an AI agent as a chief of staff and test different activities.
- Explore agentic workflows, memory, context, no-code applications and combinations of tools.
- Recognise limitations and connect the experience to governance and business value.
A learning environment for experimentation
Participants receive a dedicated AI agent, separate from the corporate environment, with Telegram as the interface. The environment is for practical learning. We agree the use of public or synthetic information and keep corporate systems and confidential data outside the exercises.
Build and stress-test
Participants try different tasks, review what the agent produces and deliberately examine where it fails. Those experiences become a basis for discussing how work, oversight and investment decisions may change.
Public cohorts and individual learning
AI Fluency Coach has separate public agent courses and a one-to-one Executive Programme. Their group sizes, coaching schedules and prices belong to those specific offers.
Questions about the programme
Is this an enterprise agent deployment?
This programme develops understanding through practical experience. A corporate implementation, integrations and access to business data require a separate scope and organisational approval.
Do leaders need a technical background?
The programme is designed for people making leadership and investment decisions. We choose activities and support around the participants' starting point.
