// Introduction
The executives had already been through AI awareness training. It had raised their understanding, but it had not changed how they worked or how they made decisions. Without hands-on experience, the leadership team was not in a position to apply AI in its own work.
The Team built a structured six-week programme around a private AI environment, so executives could use the tools in a secure setting. Guided weekly calls set the focus for each week. Practical tasks between the calls meant participants built fluency by using AI regularly.
The executives moved from awareness to active, confident use. Within the six weeks of the programme, they had begun applying AI tools to real decisions.
