Richard Emmott

Richard Emmott is a technology and transformation leader with more than 30 years of experience in enterprise architecture, strategic IT leadership and complex delivery. He has held Group CTO and transformation roles and works with senior leaders to turn business priorities into practical technology programmes.

In the GCC, Richard has worked with ADNOC Distribution, Majid Al Futtaim and Trolley Group. At Majid Al Futtaim, he helped guide a group-wide technology programme spanning retail, leisure, property and shared services in 14 countries. As Group CTO and Transformation Officer at Trolley Group in Kuwait, he developed its technology strategy and led changes to systems, processes and customer-facing products.

Earlier, Richard held consulting and leadership roles with PwC, Wipro and Ciklum and founded his own consultancy. His work spans retail and consumer businesses, energy, financial services and travel, with particular depth in enterprise architecture, ERP, omnichannel commerce and cross-functional change.
