Patrick has 20 years of experience leading technology transformation, product strategy, innovation and new business creation across MENA, Africa, Europe and APAC. He has worked across government, global enterprises and technology ventures. His experience covers digital transformation, product and technology leadership, AI and emerging technology, venture building and large-scale execution. At a Saudi giga project, he led major strategic technology initiatives spanning products, technology, strategy and new business creation. He also developed venture-building and commercialisation frameworks that assessed more than 800 AI and emerging technology opportunities and successfully launched 11 ventures. Earlier, he was part of the leadership team delivering a major UAE government digital transformation programme, bringing hundreds of public services onto a unified digital platform.
