Connecting a multi-park destination through data and personalisation

IndustryLeisure and destinations
ServiceData and AI delivery; customer experience

// Introduction

A leisure destination with several world-class theme parks wanted visitors to experience it as one connected place. Holly and the team designed and implemented a data-driven experience layer across the whole destination.

01

Challenge

Each park operated in its own silo. Visitors planned and booked each park separately, and visitor data sat in separate systems. This fragmented view blocked personalisation and gave the destination little visibility of cross-sell opportunities between parks.

02

What we did

The team designed and implemented a "wall-less resort": a connected, data-driven experience layer spanning every park. It built the data architecture needed to act on visitor behaviour in near real time and embedded personalisation into the visitor journey.

03

Outcome

Visitors could move between parks as part of one connected experience, and cross-park engagement and spend increased. The destination recorded an AED 327 million uplift in sales and AED 65 million in cost savings. The platform also gave the destination a foundation for further AI-led experiences.
