Holly Joint joined Panel 1, The Expertise Shift, at YOUth Connect Abu Dhabi on 3 October. The discussion was designed for students thinking about how AI is changing everyday work and the start of a career.
The panel’s central question was what happens when AI can perform a task that once took years to master. Holly’s part of the discussion focused on the decline of some traditional junior tasks and the growing importance of judgment: knowing what to ask, how to assess an answer and when people need to make the call.
